Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using InstaCleaner ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

InstaCleaner is a tool that helps you manage your Instagram account, including managing followers, following, and posts. The App requires you to log in with your Instagram account to access these features.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram account.
• You acknowledge that using third-party tools with Instagram may be subject to Instagram's Terms of Service.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by Instagram on your account as a result of using the App.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• The App offers a coin system and a premium monthly subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

5. Coins System

• Coins are virtual currency used within the App to perform actions.
• Coins can be earned by watching ads, rating the App, or are unlimited with a premium subscription.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

6. Daily Limits

To protect your Instagram account, the App enforces a daily limit of 100 actions per category (remove followers, unfollow users, delete posts, archive posts). This limit resets at the beginning of each new day.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Use the App in a way that violates Instagram's Terms of Service
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or iOS versions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any actions taken by Instagram on your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
