Common Issues
Try pulling down to refresh, or logout and log back in. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.
Make sure you're using the correct credentials. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you'll need to enter the verification code. Try logging in to Instagram on the web first to ensure your account is not locked.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". If that doesn't work, check your subscription status in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID.
Go to your iPhone Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > find InstaCleaner > tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Instagram may temporarily limit actions on your account. Wait a few hours and try again. Make sure you haven't exceeded the daily limit of 100 actions per category. Avoid performing too many actions in a short time.
This is by design. We limit each session to 100 users to reduce API requests and protect your account from being flagged by Instagram. After managing the current batch, refresh to load more.
